I called Peter to discuss my options regarding a baby seat being fitted in my renault scenic he was very helpful and I made the decision to visit Babyworld so John could ensure I purchased the correct one. It has loads of options, what I mean by that is, the 360 turn chair, the lie down option for 0-6 months. I’ve only just purchased it and I’ve not had the baby in there yet but I can honestly say that I’m more than happy to put my newborn in it and feel that the chair is doing its job. Zooper highchair, no castors in UK. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you about the Zooper Chair – time does fly with a baby (much more so than when I just had one to contend with!!) We have decided to keep the chair, despite lack of castors. Isobel loves sitting in it, and of all the ones we’ve looked, it seems to have the right combination of sturdiness, easy operation, and comfort for the baby. It is not often that I take the time to write such messages but I felt that in this instance I should make an exception (we always seem to find the time to complain!). Over the last few weeks my wife and I have dealt with a variety of web-based retailers for our baby that is due next month and I have to say that your company wins hands down on each score (I won’t begin to bore you with some of the problems we have had with some). First and foremost because (should the customer desire it) you provide your phone number on the website and I had the opportunity of talking to you (a person) and asking you to hold the Windoo cot for me whilst you awaited delivery of other Bebe Confort products which we also required. Secondly, the delivery arrived bang on time. Thirdly, everyone has been very courteous. For two barristers that run around like headless chickens most of the day trying to do everything that seems due before we even receive it, you have no idea how helpful this service is and how unusual it is that it works!! In short, thank you.

Hello Brenda, Just wanted to say that I have been absolutely delighted with the babyworld shop. I have this morning taken delivery of my first order - this arrived within 48hrs of placing my order on Sunday late afternoon which is amazing. It was great to receive the email yesterday to say it was on its way too so that I could make sure I was in to receive it. Finally the delivery man was very cheery and greeted me by name and put the parcel indoors for me. I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you after we had a disastrous shopping trip to town a few weeks back. Ever since my daughter was born, over two years ago, she has had the Cuski comforter as a gift from one of her great aunts. We had no idea at first what this was and then we discovered that it would be her best friend from then on.

I nipped into town a few weeks back with the kids, loaded them into the double buggy and trundled off. Thought nothing of her holding Cuski while we were out shopping, only to my horror to find that she had dropped it on route. I was gutted to know that it would be lying somewhere feeling unloved and looking rather grotty as it generally does anyhow, but well loved.

I already found out that you sell these before this happened and rang you about 4.30 that afternoon to place an order to buy one. I was told that your orders had already gone for the day but to my surprise and my daughter’s delight it was delivered next morning. She thanked the post man with great gusto. We told her it had been sent by the shop who found it. So thank you again for your prompt delivery.

I recently phoned and spoke to you about the Amby Natures Nest Baby Hammock. I did decide to purchase it and my 7 month old baby has been using it now for about a week and a half and I thought I'd write and give you some feedback.
Previously baby had been waking up regularly in her cot, so I was in and out to soothe her and try to get her back to sleep every two hours or so. The first night I put her in the hammock she took to it instantly and she slept for 7 hours uninterrupted. The second night she lay on her back, (she never does this, in fact she had been flipping onto her belly which I was a bit nervous about because of all the talk about SIDS and 'back is best'). Now she cannot turn onto her belly so that puts my mind to rest.
Any time she wakes up during the night she just arches her back and bounces herself back to sleep or is happy to lay there bouncing to entertain herself. I've seen her smiling knowing I'm putting her to bed in her hammock and squeals with delight as she bounces in it before she gets to her 'sleepy' time.
She wakes any time from 6am and where previously she would 'cough' or 'call' for me to pick her up immediately, now she bounces in her hammock until I get up at 7am. It warms my heart to look at her so happy and comfortable with her new bed and I can only say that I'm thrilled with it because now I can also get some sleep. Happy mummy = happy baby.
Furthermore, thank you for your prompt delivery, the delivery man was intrigued by my loud exclamation of delight at it's arrival!

I just had to get in touch and tell you how VERY impressed I am with your service. I placed an order with you at around 3pm yesterday (19/11) and it arrived at my house before 9am this morning (20/11)! I nearly fainted when the postman gave it to me! Thank you for your brilliant service. I needed a replacement pram urgently after I broke my pram. I read your website and noticed that you could despatch my order in 1-2 working days. Hello - I just had to say that I have just received my first delivery from the babyworld Shop and I am very impressed. I ordered less than 48 hours ago and it has already arrived.
I ordered the Oi Oi Chocolate bag which I am MEGA impressed with. I wanted a large changing bag without too many fiddly flaps and compartments which didn't look like a baby bag and that is exactly what I have got. It is a BIG bag, ideal as I will have three children of three and under soon, it has two top opening compartments, one sectioned into three parts with a insulated bottle holder, a messy bag and a roll up changing mat. The other side is a huge single compartment with a small zip pocket in the lining (like most handbags). Then on the outside there is a zip pocket on both sides and an elasticated pocket on each end. It has two carry hadles plus a detachable shoulder strap.
It is cool, funky, un-mumsy and I will definitely be able to use it post-baby years. The ultimate endorsment for me is that a single childless friend of mine commented on how much she liked it and that she would love one as an overnight bag.
I also got the Cocoon changing mat which I like alot and some little toys.
