I personally love the smell of exploding fireworks and bonfires, it reminds me of my first bonfire night with James and wrapping him up in warm clothes and hoping that he would actually like all the loud bangs, which unfortunately he did not! Getting prepared for a cold night out with your new baby will pay off as there is nothing worse than venturing out in the dark and then worrying if they are cold. The things you might want to consider looking at are how warm is your footmuff or do you have one, has the weather forecast rain, so getting your rain cover sorted out and if you have a toddler in tow, have you got a buggy board to use which will keep them safe and close to you? I give my children a backpack each so they can pack their gloves, a torch, a drink and perhaps a little treat to enjoy during the firework show. I do hope you
