Little Hearts Matter - the charity which supports families
where half a working heart has been diagnosed launches a new bereavement
book entitled 'From Us to You' for parents and families grieving
for the death of their baby or child.
'From Us to You' is a book written by families who
want to share their knowledge of bereavement to support others experiencing
similar feelings to their own. The moving examples given help the readers
understanding of grief and provide much needed support and guidance.
The book is divided into simple sections covering a wide
range of topics such as; returning to work, the father's perspective,
relationships, dreams, dealing with siblings and feelings as time goes
on. Chapters are punctuated with moving poems and a section on useful
sources of information is printed at the end. The book is designed for
people to dip into as their experiences change.
