"much improved - no problems!"
We bouoght our neo for our daughter, born in April. It's one of the new colours (chili). I've experienced no problems and am so happy with it.
The design is fantastic - not only does it look good but it's easy to use, light and compact. I walk every day with it, at least 2 miles, it's been on holiday twice (on the beach and through fields) and i've even jogged with it weekly at buggy fit. I wouldn't say it has been treated kindly but it's stood up to the test!
The hight of the seat is perfect for sitting up to tables when we're out and I love the rain cover which unzips from the bumper bar.
I can't tell you how different my experience has been to that of others. Concord have obviously addressed all problems. I think the seat is bigger and more comfortable than the bugaboo and much higher up, especially with the carrycot on. I would recommend this buggy to anyone.
Our Top tip- you can use the newish jane matrix carseat on this, if you know anyone who can lend you one. This way, you don't need the carrycot and you've got a carseat which lays flat and goes upright - saves money and really good carseat! (We did this)

"Buyer Beware"
I bought the concord neo in febuary 2008(rt & lt brakes version) & loved the styling & at first had no problems until the brakes began to lock up any time i went over a bumpy suface. They would lock up & make a very loud grating sound people stopped & looked at me in the street.I took it back to the supplier who took it in for repairs and when i got it back they had made the breaks like the new version (single brakes).I managed to make it out of the shop door & it locked again nearly tipping over & injuring my child who at the time was 6 months i had to carry it back to the store with my child still inside.Concord then agreed to send me a brand new buggy which was the new version with the basket this was in early december 2 hours after receiving my brand new one the brakes begun to lock up and by the end of the day it wouldnt move. Luckily i bought this buggy from mothercare i had a 1 year guarantee & they were fed up of dealing with concord so they refunded my money.Concord have said they have fixed the manufacturing fault but i got a new one in december with the same problems i say do not waste money buying Concord stick to a more reliable company with better customer care & who care about providing safe products for your baby as Concord do not.

"Not worth the money"
I got my 1st Neo in April (rt & Lt. brakes) and was impressed by it's styling. But after a few weeks I also noticed that the the front wheels kept locking and that the brakes did occasionally lock up. This however isn't the worst fault. Once the brakes are on they are incredible difficult to get off. I've lost count of the number of times I had to drag my pushchair off public transport with the wheels locked up. I then have to spend 5-15 mins on my hands and knees trying to unlock the brakes. My 2nd chair (new design) seemed great for 6 weeks and then I noticed the tell tale signs again.
Ringing Concord is pointless as they won't deal with the public directly. This means you have to go through your original supplier, which in my case is a nightmare itself as they don't want to be a middle man.
Looking through other review I know I'm not alone with these problems. So I'd stay clear of this chair and stick to the Buggaboo.

"Don't buy it"
I bought a Concord neo in january 2008 and since then it's been just problems. The brakes were too sensitive, it was hard to fold...then after a month of phone calls and almost loosing my patience I got a second chasis, that arrived with a new brake design and a rather nice shopping basket, but the front wheels started to lock by themselves and it was incredibly hard to unlock them. I'm not waiting for a "third" chasis as Concord refused to give me a refund. They don't want to give me an extended warranty either, that tells me they don't trust their own products, not reassuring at all.
Concord's customer service is very bad.
Don't waste your money nor your time with this good looking but absolutely useless pushchair!!!.
