"very soothing/cooling"
The instant relief compress helped to soothe sore/hot nipples. They had an instant cooling effect and really helped to speed up the healing process of blistered nipples. Very handy to pop in your bag and easy to apply a new one as and when needed

! I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so especially for the early days when breast feeding.

"What a relief!!"
The instant relief compress really does do what they say on the box!! With very sore and cracked nipples I was a bit sceptical I have to say but was really impressed by how much they soothed them over a long period of time not just a couple of minutes……

They fitted perfectly over the nipple giving great coverage. I particularly liked the fact I didn’t have to wash my breasts after using them. My daughter latched on immediately so it clearly didn’t have any affect on the taste of the nipple. I will be recommending these to friends for sure

this product saved me! I was in real pain at the beginning of breastfeeding my child ; I used the compresses and I really had instant pain relief and could carry on feeding my child without any problem.
