"Worth considering if you only want to buy one book from birth to school!"
If you only want to buy one book to take you from the early days through to pre-school then this book is certainly worth consideration. Written in an easy to understand format without complicating things unnecessarily. From the basic how to dress a young baby through to common childhood ailments, although while reviewing the book both my son and myself suffered with thrush and I was disappointed with the lack of information on what is a fairly common problem.
The use of stage by stage photos and coloured sections make the book simple to look up specific areas and it does touch on most issues, although further research may be needed if you require further details.
There are also sections covering growth and development, to use as a rough guide as to the skills your child will be developing at what age and suggests relevant activities that your child may enjoy.
I did think it was quite expensive for the size book!
