Soft and eco-friendly

Parent Panel review by Rachel Yates - review date 12 March 2007
These are great for use at home and are easy to wear and wash. I did find them comfortable, however as the shape is quite flat, they did tend to show through my clothes and bra. They also move around more as there's no adhesive. Overall I would say they're good value for money and would recommend them.

Best Feature: Wash very well
Worst Feature: Tend to move around a bit
Verdict: A good buy

"Great for day use"
These are ultra soft fleece pads which are great for daily use. They're comfortable to wear and wash well - making them an eco-friendly alternative to disposable pads.

I wouldn't recommend them for night use or at times when your boobs are full. I tried them on a few early morning feeds and when I woke at 6am, my top was soaked through. I too found them to be thicker than disposable pads but didn't find it to be a problem with showing through tops etc.

I'd definitely recommend them as a back up to disposables - just be a bit wary about when you use them.

"Soooooo soft"
I loved these breast pads. They are super soft on your skin (being made from hemp fleece) and the best thing about them is you can wash and wear them time and time again - causing minimum impact on the environment too.

I found no problems with shaping under clothes - though it does take a while to get used to them if you're changing from disposable pads.
