Cool carrier!

I love this carrier! Not only does it look good, but it actually works well too! I have always had a problem using baby carriers in the past because they give me terrible back and neck ache, but this one provides great support resulting in zero discomfort. It is also very easy to use - I have absolutely no trouble getting my daughter in and out of it on my own. I've used it so much over the last 3 weeks for everything from walking the dogs, to shopping and it's been a godsend when I've needed my hands free to make the lunch/dinner for my very impatient toddler!

I haven't had this off since the day it arrived.
Well OK I did take it off to sleep and bathe but other than that you would think it was stuck to me.
I used it when shopping, cleaning, nipping to the shops, getting on the bus/train... and when I was doing anything else.
I couldn't imagine how I would have managed without it now.
I also have a two year old I found it very helpful as it meant I wasn't restricted where I could go and what I could do (I could easily chase him around the park).
The fact is I love it and my son certainly does as he falls asleep whenever I put him in it.
It is so quick easy to use I can easily put it on with one hand whilst holding my son with the other (and keeping a sharp eye on my boisterous toddler!!). I'd have rated it 100 out of 5 for ease of use if that was an option.
Adjusting this sling is so simple too - no fiddly buckles.
The wide padded straps make this very comfortable to wear and the extra back support means you can carry a heavy baby for hours without the strain!
I had no doubt that my baby was safe in this unlike other carriers I have used.
It is great for newborn baby's as it has fantastic head support and can be adjusted perfectly for your baby.
The lining is 100% cotton and it is all padded, meaning your precious cargo is more than comfortable.
It is available in about 6 different colours (mine is red and black - very stylish) and you can get a cover and a bib to fit this sling.
I love the fact that this can be stuck in the washer at 40 and comes out like new!
If your anything like me you wont mind that it costs a bit more than cheaper carriers as there is no comparison in comfort, ease of use and safety.
Mine is my new best friend and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a carrier - and anyone who's not!

I enjoy using this carrier - not only is it versatile and easy to use but the thick straps make carrying heavier babies a whole lot easier - especially if you want to use it regularly throughout the first 8 months or so.
I've used other carriers that seem fine at first but after several uses the cracks start to show and I give up using them. The Baby Bjorn has managed to provide consistent comfort for both of us and I like the way it looks.
I have the green carrier so they don't always have to be blue!
Highly recommended

"My husband loves this"
I have a Close Baby Carrier but my husband refused to use it so we bought this for him instead. He decided that in the lime green colourway it was more manly!
He has back problems and finds the extra support that the active carrier offers was worth the extra money over the original carrier.
Having shopped around we got this for a much better price than the rrp (value for money score based on what we actually paid for it) and are really happy with it.

"Great sling with good back support"
This sling is by far the best I've tried due to the excellent back support it offers.
The straps are comfortable and are easily adjustable. The back support part of the sling is also adjustable so whoever is wearing it can protect their back too. It is extremely simple to put on and put your child into. Noah is a very happy passenger and he enjoys his trips out in it. His weight is evenly distributed via the staps and back support and I don't have to hurry home to take him out because my back hurts.
It is extremely handy as it keeps my hands free for dealing with my speedy toddler.
It is machine washable and the colour doesn't fade. Would recommend this sling to everyone.

"Wish I'd bought this one first"
Very easy to adjust, and I can put this carrier on by myself, quickly, and pop my son in without any difficulty, great for keeping in the back of the car for that quick nip into the shop when you don't have time to get the buggy out of the boot!
I can't see how Baby Bjorn can justify the high price for what it is, but it fits well, is easy on the back, and my son is comfortable in it. The clips are all colour-coded so it's easy to work out what goes where.
I took this on a European holiday to the Christmas markets, and we walked out in the crowds every evening with our son safely strapped in, fast asleep while we wandered around the stalls. It would've been a nightmare negotiating the crowds (and the Eurostar) with a buggy.
My son is 13 months old now and a bit heavy to carry in any sort of carrier for long, so I'd only recommend spending the money if your baby is still young enough to get the use out of it.

"love it"
We had a slightly different version to this, but perfect. It was light, easy to use, cleam and comfy.
It meant I could be fully mobile in the early days as well as later because it enabled me to do housework, gardening, walk 2 dogs, go shopping and be close to my son. When he move to going forward he loved seeing what was around him. He'd scream with delight when ever I put him in it.
I think it may have contributed to my very outgoing and full of life toddler.
He always fell asleep in it, so it must have been comfortable!
The only down side was that my son grew too big too quickly, so I couldn't use it for very long.
so in truth none. Word of advice - buy a rain cover then you can use it in all weathers.

"Worth the Money"
I have two dogs and take them and my baby for a walk everyday. While my friends who also have dogs have brought cheaper versions they have used theirs only a handful of times due to a combination of backache and impracticality. The Baby Bjorn Active however, although £70 is easy to use, you can change baby's position easily, and it really supports your back.

"Great quality carrier"
I bought this carrier rather than the cheaper ones due to the extra back support and it really spreads the weight well.
It adjusts easily so both mum and dad can use it without too much hassle.
Nice colour combination too (I have black and red).

"must have"
this carrier has been great for us our son was born 3 and a half months prem. and we were told that prem babies need as much contact with mom/dad as possible so decided to get this carrier, it helped us to bond with him and keep him near us we now take him everywhere in the carrier and he is so socialised, aware and confident we believe it has helped him to develop as he is now 8months (4.5 adjusted) and his eyes light up when he sees the carrier and he knows we are going somewhere fun, if you are into the great outdoors get one of these as they are great for taking your little one walking through the woods or on country/town walks and even to the shops as your hands are left free - all in all a fabulous invention that's really easy to use and adjusts quickly for different sized parents

"Very sporty, slimline & lightweight, a must have for trend-setters!"
The Baby Bjorn carrier arrives in a box with two halves. A bit confusing at first, but after reading the instruction manual, quite straight forward. Diagrams are in the manual, but also provided on the inside of the carrier as a reminder during fitting. The straps are easily adjustable to suit the individual requirements. There are two “gadget” fasteners near the chest area which appeals as it is not merely a clip that holds two pieces together, but a sliding insert with a release button.
Made from a very light weight material with a “sporty” slimline look to it. This carrier offers front only carrying, facing in or out. It would effortlessly pack away for a day trip out and about, but unlike the Babies r us carrier, is not supplied with a handy carry bag.
This carrier boasts compatibility for the breastfeeding mother, however, no instructions are provided in the manual for how this is likely to be achieved. I followed the picture of the model on the box, but found that I had to undo three fasteners before successful feeding could be achieved!
This is a very comfortable carrier with chunky substantial straps on the tummy and lower back region, making for easy weight distribution, I would wear this carrier everyday. Also completely machine washable.
My favourite aspect on this carrier is the slding, locking fasteners. This feels very secure for wearer and you can be completely hands-free. I feel this could easily be passed on to siblings or friends as the material appears to be substantial.
Very unique fasteners. Once the straps are adjusted for a wearer, it can very quickly be accustomed to another wearer. A great all-rounder

"perfect carrier"
I used since we came back from the hospital.
Until she settle her neck, she faced on me and then she faced new world and saw everything what I see.
Even I carried her over 2 hours I didn't feel any pain for my shoulder or back.
Must try!

"High quality baby carrier"
THis is a good option for very small babies as it offers extra head support for when they're sleeping.
The carrier comes in two parts which sounds daunting, but once you get used to the way it works, it's simple.
The style is nice - though I do think they could come up with some more exciting colours than blue blue blue!

"A great carrier at a great price"
THis is a great value for money carrier - it's just £29.99 yet it has all of the features you'd expect to pay extra for.
It offers a secure home for your baby whilst on the move and I liked the fact that it was so easy to put on and take off.
The carrier benefits from having thick padded shoulder straps that ensure a comfortable fit for the carrier and would most certainly be of assistance to parents with bigger babies.
You can carry it in three different positions though you do need help to get it into the back position.
This was one of my personal favourites and I would recommend anyone to try it.
