"Caution"
I agreed initially that this was a great product helped by the fact that my son much preferred it to traditional reins. But it should be pointed out that he finds it very easy to undo the clasp, in fact it only takes him seconds and has slipped out of the backpack on a few occasions. I now only use it with an additional lock I have added myself. The following is the advice I received from babyworld 'Ultimately all safety devices are only good until your child learns how to evade them. Toddler daysacks are no different and should be used in conjunction with parental control.'

"Must have"
Best thing i have bought in a long time. My eldest hated reins and a wrist strap was out of the question. With the daysack he has no complains and i feel safe whenever we are out and about. Good value for money as i can now use it for my youngest as hes starting to walk.

"Best baby product I have ever bought"
This rucksack was amazing on our holiday to Italy. We travelled from London to the heart of the Italian mountains by public transport with the two little ones using these rucksacks. When they had to get on and off buses, airplanes and trains they were so safe as we were able to hold onto them and best of all they LOVED wearing the rucksacks. Really recommend you buy to stop children wandering away when they are little.

"Best reins ever"
We tried various types of reins when our boys started walking and they would just collapse in a heap on the floor, getting twisted up with one another. Another twin mummy on BW recommended the Day Sacks and they are now one of the products that I always recommend to people. The boys love having more freedom and they love carrying their juice / hats / sunglasses around themselves. We are about to go to South Africa where they will be used extensively and I just know I will be asked where I got them loads of times!!

"Excellent product"
I bought the Littlelife Toddler Day sack as my daughter hated her wrist link and kept tugging at this trying to get it off.
I think it is one of my favourite products. It is simple to use and my daughter has quickly learnt to love it too. She knows that if she wants to go out etc she has to have her 'back pack' on.
She carries a pack of wipes, 3 pull up pants, sun tan lotion and sometimes her cutlery and a drink in it!
The strap can be detached really easily if we are in the park or somewhere that my daughter can run around safely and it re-attaches just as quickly.
It is a strong, sturdy construction.
I do fine that the wrist strap that goes round my wrist is a little big. It is very comfy but it slides over my hand and onto my daughters arm. Very frustrating. It fits my husband ok but I have to push it up towards my elbow to keep it on. Perhaps the makers could consider making it adjustable somehow.
The little mesh pocket on the side is not much use either as it is rather too small for most things.
I recommend this product to people all the time and I often get approaced by Mums and Dads asking me where I bought it as they are so impressed with it.
My advice, buy one!

"Essential Product for all parents - especially in this day and age!"
I have 2 of these, I use one with my 3 year old and the other with my 23 month old. They really are fantastic! The kids actually like wearing them (as opposed to regular reigns). The bag also fits my huge 3y old (95th centile - wears age 5/6 clothes) much better, and is very comfortable for her to use. She feels they are less babyish and enjoys using the backpack for her drink and teddy.
The daysacks are fast and easy to put on and they adjust very quickly for either a tiny toddler or large pre-schooler. For quick trips my youngest carries her own spare nappy and wipes in the rucksack and you can't live without these when near busy roads, in shopping areas etc. They are a discreet alternative to reigns and great value for money considering the fantastic workmanship and quality. The Daysack is worth every penny for a great product which helps you every day and gives you peace of mind.
