I bought mine as part of a travel system in June 2005, my son also loves "reading" the label and playing with the ASIS label. I am still using the car seat as it is so easy to carry when baby is asleep, much easier than disturbing him by removing him from the seat. It is also easy to carry and isn't too heavy - although my son is!The only issue that I have with it is the fact, like the other reviewer, is that his head lolls forward when he is asleep and the base gets scratched and then scratches the floor. My son also loves pulling the pads off the straps when he is not in it - anything to keep him amused!
Best Feature: easy to use
Worst Feature: plastic base, easliy scratched
Verdict: fantastic value, great product.

"Safe and Sound"
We also chose this due to the Which? report. We used it as an ISOfix seat so it's very easy to use and very safe.
My daughter was very happy in it and it had extra padding for smaller babies.
The only negative was that the plastic covers of the points you press to move the handle came off immediatley and fell off repeatedly so we gave up with them.

"Easy to Use and Safe too!"
When we brought this seat (Jan 06) there was not a huge amount of choice in the Isofix market but we liked the fact this one had scored highly in safety testing and that it could be used with a ordinary seatbelt should Izzy go out in nanny and grampys car!
The seat is easy to use and install (the joy of isofix) and Izzy has always seemed comfy in it. The only downside I can see is that although the seat is suitable for up to 13kgs Izzy currently weighs about 8.5kg but because she is tall her legs are starting to get scrunched up a little so I can't see it lasting until she's 13kgs.
However don't let that put you off it really is a great seat that is easy to use and has lasted well. We will certainly be looking another Britax car seat when the time comes to change.

"If safety is your concern..."
We were one of the first to buy this seat I think. Although the second stage seat was on market this came out in August and our son born in September. Isofix is a great invention. The few times I had to use a seatbelt I felt uncomfortable I had done it wrong - not due to product just wasn't sure. With Isofix you can't get it wrong. Just click it in and out. Also when using Isofix easy to get baby in and out, however when you use the seatbelt the car seatbelt comes across the front of the baby and then round the back meaning you either have to undo the whole lot or somehow try to get the baby out around the belt which is not easy.
This seat has a base like a lot of 0+ seats which stays in car letting you take sleepy baby in house. What is good about the base is as the baby gets bigger the base comes up the back of the carseat protecting your seat. Also Scott from a very early age loved to "read" the black and white instructions on the seat base! Much better than his toy hanging from the arm.
When I was pregnant I looked at a which report of car seats and was scared to learn of the safety tests they go though (or don't more to point). Some seats were really bad but this - even without the isofix was best on market. Although it is a bit more expensive than most well worth it for the most precious thing in your life. Better to spend the money on a good car seat than a fancy highchair or playcentre as far as I am concerned.
The only thing I found a pain was that a lot of the time when he fell asleep our babys head slouched forward. This may have been due to the angle of our seats in the car or it could have been something all first stage car seats suffer from (I have no experience of others so not sure). I used a neck support for long journeys anyway and that helped.
