Ease of Use/Fitting in Car:It wasn't too hard to carry around but I found it hard to get in and out of the car. The seatbelt had to go under the seat and there was a clip to put the belt through at the back and I found it hard to get it to lay flat. Not ideal when you are in a rush. I think it is probably better suited to stay in the car - once it was in it looked safe and it was easy to get finn in and out.

Portability:The handle on the Creatis is very comfortable to hold which makes it easier to carry baby around. It can also be used as a travel system to make it easier to get around.

Comfort/Quality: This car seat looked really smart. When we went out with it we had a lot of comments about how neat it was. It was comfortable for two month old finn as you could make it lay nearly flat. I also liked the way it had plenty of leg room for older babies as well.

Additional Extras: The seat comes with a handy canopy to keep the sun off baby. Another point worth noting is the specially ventilated material that keeps baby nice and comfortable - a great idea.

Best Feature: Comfort Factor
Worst Feature: Tricky to get in and out of the car
Verdict: A great buy

"Brilliant Car Seat!"
Using this car seat now for 10 months and it is fab. My baby had been slow to gain weight so I think she may be in this seat until she'a around 1 and a half and i'm not concerned. She had always been so comfortable in it and takes her naps in it during the day (in the house that is). The newborn support is great when they are little. The seat is relatively flat meaning my baby's head never flopped forward the way you see with other car seats. I also bought the base and have found the seat very easy and quick to fit in the car. All in all i'm delighted with this purchase!

"Great for long babies"
I liked this car seat, especially that it could lie quite flat. Our son used it from birth to about 12 months, and he's always been around the 75th-91st percentile for length/height so he's quite tall. It was nice to have a seat that let him stay backwards-facing for longer, since that's safer, and we ended up getting the new seat because he was getting stroppy about looking at the car seat (not out of the window) rather than because he was clearly too tall to be in the creatis anymore (although he was certainly beginning to grow out of it).

It *was* heavy to carry him in it, but I found the heaviness reassuring rather than otherwise.

"Great product"
I bought the Creatis for my baby girl as it was one of very few that fitted my car. I found it really easy to put into place and my baby always looked really comfy in it. I think the fact that they lay flatter in it makes a big difference. Also although it is a big seat I found it lighter than some of the others I'd looked at.

"Fab looking car seat & pracital to boot!"
We bought the whole loola system & the creatis car seat with the base. I found the creatis seat easy to use & loved the fact that I could clip it into the loola frame. She always looked lovely & cosey & I liked the fact she was lying flatter compared to other seats. I found the whole thing light weight compared to a MC seat we used with my eldest daughter.

My youngest daughter has ddh & needed a pavlik harness from 3-18 weeks old & she didn't need any inserts to prop her up (unlike some other families with other car seats).

I would say that daughter has a long body & her head started to poke out of the top of the seat when she about 7&1/2 months

A couple of hints:

*The car seat base is not great for leather car seats. There was quite a lot of movement side to side so I didn't use it in my car.

*The pram shop I bought the whole travel system from advised to to keep a clip-it in the car for the seat belt. Basically before you take the car set out of the car clip the clip-it to the top end of the seat belt to stop it retracting. This means when you go to put the seat back in the car you don't have to fiddle pulling the seat belt out (my needed to be pulled as far as it could to fit round the seat).

"Bought in a hurry, but .."
We bought the loola travel system in a hurry as it turned out it was one of the only pushchairs that fitted in the boot of my 3 door car. The Car seat is great, but heavy with my son in it (but he always has been a big boy) My son has always looked comfy in it. It came with a newborn insert and a little sunshade too. It is a bit fiddly putting the seat belt under the bottom of the seat but it only took a couple of times to get used too then its done really quickly. It is so easy putting onto the the wheels/travel system. I'm only thinking about replacing it now, as he still hasn't grown out of it, we just want him forward facing. I too have had lots of compliments as to how smart it looks including the pushchair.

"I hate my Loola"
I bought the Loola and car seat, which I found was very uncomfortable looking for my son. His head flopped around with no support and I had to buy another insert to support his head. The frame of the loola after only 9 months is very wobbly and I absolutly hate the stroller. A total waste of money. I would NOT recommend this system at all.

"Mixed bag"
The Creatis is great in terms of using with the travel system as it clips in and out of the chassis like a dream.

The only problem I had with it was that it's so difficult to strap into the car, and I had to crawl in across the opposite seat to hook the lapbelt in. I ended up buying the base which is far easier, but it's an additional expense I didn't think I'd have.

Sadly my daughter hated the carseat and screamed whenever she was in it up until she was about four months old, so we've only just started using it again. I know not everyone has this problem, I think it was just a quirk of our daughter rather than a fault with the seat itself!

"Smart looking product but......."
We brought this carseat and loola travel system when my very premature baby popped out 9 weeks early and i have to say it was very very good at the time. It was obviously a little big for him at only 3lbs 14oz when we brought him home from hospital. So at the time we brought an additional insert from toys r us for extra padding as Benjamin flopped around ALOT due to his size, it's also not very squishy or comfy, there's no soft quilted like padding - it's quite hard, just polysterene but on the plus side it's very light, smart looking and complements the loola frame nicely - making car to buggy transfer very quick and easy (for a wee one who needs lots of sleep it was a dream). However he's now 8 months and recently we took the family abroad (and car seat) and i was a little surprised and disappointed at the ease it was damaged. At the bottom of the seat by the feet position the polysterene (which is all it is ...No additional padding at all) was very easy snapped - the plastic side frame leaves the polysterene exposed completely, so as we knew we were going away again and it was only by the feet we decided to take it away again 5 weeks later with a different airline and low and behold it happened again but to the otherside. So A) i would advise buying additional inserts for exatr padding and comfort especially while they are dinky and B) do not contemplaint plane travel with this car seat it will get damaged.

"Not overly impressed!"
I have the Loola puschair and the Creatis car seat so that it would slot into the Loola frame. It is very convenient in the sense that you can move baby from the car to the buggy without disturbing her but I found it quite difficult to strap into the car and VERY VERY HEAVY!!!!

My daughter isn't particularly big but at 16 weeks she looks uncomfortable and squashed in the Creatis and I've had to buy a bigger carseat and use the pushchair insert with my Loola. I was under the impression it would last her till she was about 9 months old.

"fantastic FANTASTIC car seat"
I have the complete windoo 3in one system and bought the creatis car seat due to (1st and foremost) it being a superb fit in my car as well as it being compatible with the the rest of the product..

This car seat is a brilliant and a relativly new design from bebe confort, this was brought out as the upgrade for the elios 1st stage car seat..

The creatis has been on the market for about 15 months..

there are so many postives to this car seat i hardly know where to start.. as it is recommended that our babies spend a max of 1.5 -2hrs in a first stage carseat, the design of the creatis has taken this into account and you will find that it has a more reclined postition for your baby to travel in, it also has a new born insert in the bottom of the carseat to raise the baby's bottom keeping its young body in more of a lie flat position rather than all curled up. (which can affect a newborns breathing) this insert should be removed once baby reaches 12weeks old.. once the insert is removed baby can have a more upright positon to travel in.

The head rest which allows extra safe side protection for our babys head is also adjustable and will grow with our little one,

The weight range for the creatis is from birth to at least 9kg, which is anywhere between 9 and 15 months depending on your own wee ones growth..

you will find the handle on the creatis is also designed to allow a one person OR two person carry which always helps to lighten the load!!

The creatis is also very easy to fit in the car its simply a matter of routing the seatbelt.. the seat belt routes underneath the carseat

(which is ideal if you have a problem with short seat belts in your car)and then the long belt has to be passed through a passage on back of carseat and then another on the side

(these are all blue coded so you CANT go wrong).. get lots of tension on the seat belt as your fitting it and this little diamond will go in like a brick!!!

The creatis is compatible with both the loola and the trophy chassis..(we have the trophy, it looks fantastic when used as the travel system and draws many a favourable glance or compliment for the fashion concious)Its also ventilated which keeps baby feeling comfortable..

The covers are removable for washing, it comes in a wide range of colours and all in all is just fantastic..

my little girl of 9 months is very very happy travelling in this car seat.. with the goverment recommendation that our little ones are safer traveling rearward facing for as long as possible, i am happy with the fit, comfort, and safety this wonderful little carseat offers.. a total snip at £95..

IF you are looking for a first stage carseat and this is compatible with your car, i cannot rate it highly enough.. it simply gets on and does the job it was intended to do.. no hassles.. 5 out of 5 and a huge big thumbs up from a very happy mummy and baby Gracie..

"Trendy and Practical"
Being a realtively young professional mum, I wanted a product that looked good, suited both my husband and I style wise (as he is staying at home so it couldn't be too girlie) something that was safe, easy to use and flexible. The Creatis is all of the above.....I love the look and have had numerous admiring glances - I have the Windoo carrying cot attachment too, however I have to be honest have hardly used it as Milan loves to fall asleep in her pram with the car seat on top and I dont wake her putting in her the car by lifting her out of one thing and into another. I will definetly be investing in more bebe confort products - Im extremely impressed!

"top of the range carseat"
This carseat is fab! As has been said fitting it in your car does take some practice but I can get it in and out within a minute or so now. My friends at my baby club are finding that their babies are growing out of their carseats, not me! genevieve is 61cms long and I've just taken out the newborn insert, she has stacks of room left. this is going to last her a good while yet. I agree it's a total pain that it doesn't fit in the supermarket trolleys but its a minor thing. Everywhere you go, people comment on its shape and how cool it looks. I love the handle - it's designed so that 2 people can share the weight when you are carrying it- very clever. Also, you don't get that scrunched up look that you get with other brands and they don't sit upright in it. I feel sorry for newborns when i see them in a certain brand I wont mention and their head is lying on their shoulder as they are so upright.

"Excellent car seat"
We liked this seat, it was easy to use in all aspects, it was lightweight and very comfortable to carry, was a little fiddly to fit into the car to start with as the lap belt went under the seat, but once we got used to it, it was fine.

We had no problems taking Olivia in and out of the seat and due to the lap belt being under the seat, you don't need to undo the seatbelt everytime. Olivia was very comfortable in this seat as it scoops out a bit at the front so her legs weren't in the air like other seats! It also comes with a head support and a wedge for placing in the base of the seat for babies to use up to 3 months so that they lay flat. A great idea.

"excellent product, easy to use"
I have only been using this car seat for 5 weeks, but am impressed with it so far. My son loves it and falls asleep in it almost straight away, and it is surprisingly easy to fit into the car (after a bit of practice!), even in my 3 door car. I also have the loola pushchair, and we've had some very admiring glances when we're out and about. It's very easy to attach and detach from the pushchair frame, and it's not too heavy either. The only negative thing about it is that being an unusual shape it doesn't fit onto the carseat carrier in shopping trolleys which can pose a bit of a problem.

We bought the loola and creatis from the babyworld website as (after we'd registered) it was nearly £50 cheaper than we found it in any local shop.
