"Perfect travel cot"
I bought one of these tents last year and used it this year on guyfawkes as my little one was scared, popped the tent up in less than a minute - the frame pops up on its own, then you velcro the mattress pad onto the floor, open the self inflating mattress, give it a few puffs of air near the end, slide it into the base of the tent via the zip, and in my little one went - she was in love! She snuggled herself up to the top of the tent and was asleep within 5 minutes - think the enclosure gave her the sense of being back in the womb. Can't give this product high enough stars, it's design is brilliant, the ease of set up is unbelievable, and compacts up into a medium size bag (circle) perfect to throw into a suitcase when travelling. Great product, great price.

"Well deserves its Mother and Baby Gold Award"
The UV travel centre is a versatile award winning travel cot which converts into a UV sun-tent and play centre.
We tested this cot on our annual caravanning holiday, with no room for a conventional travel cot. We found it very practical, stylist and simple to use. The travel centre just pops up, you then only need to add the mattress and top sheet and it is ready to use. Taking down is simple too, but you do need to follow the twisting instructions in the right order. Once you got the knack it's easy. It then wraps up into a small neat bag which is very light-weight, and could easily fit into a suit case.
Our daughter found this cot very comfortable and we had no restless nights.
The UV travel centre is very useful for camping or caravanning type holidays where space is restricted, and does away with the need to carry the heavier type travel cots on more conventional type holidays. At £59.99 it has a very competitive price considering it is 3 products in one. The only downside is the small version (which we tried) is small, and will only last for babies until they are around 1 ½ years old.. For value for money l would definitely recommend the large version which can also be used from birth.

"Versatile alternative to the traditional travel cot"
This product is very easy to put up - its a bit like the pop up UV shelters but with a few more steps - you need to follow the instructions so that you do things correctly but it was quick to do and the 2nd time I did it without instructions. It takes a little more practice to take it down after use but when folding the tent you really have to follow what it says (there is a knack)but once you get it you get it (a bit like riding a bike!).
I like the fact that this is a UV shelter and a travel cot - given all the stuff you need to take away on holiday with youngsters its great to be able to double up. We have a separate UV tent and take that abroad as it folds very small and goes in our case. I am not so sure I would put this in our cases for an overseas trip as it's bulkier than a normal UV tent and heavier, but when we go abroad cots are always provided so thats fine. I would suggest this is an ideal product to pack in the boot and use as a cot / play tent / beach shelter when away. It has also become a regular member of the garden play toys in our house and is popped up in the garden when the sun shines.
The cot is roomy - I tested the bigger version which is suitable from birth so I am not sure why you would bother with the small one which would be easily outgrown I think. In the larger tent both my girls played happily in it together and it was of adequate size to be a travel bed for my almost 3 (and big for her age) daughter while we were away. It does get sandy on the beach but a good shake up and wipe over sorts that out plus there is a sleep mat which is washable and we didn't use that part on the beach anyway.
The cot has some neat features like a self inflating mattress (I don't know how this works but it does), mozzie net which is integrated, a washable sleep mat and you can adjust the sun and wind panes (i.e roll them up and down).
The only slight negative I would say is that the sleep mat is held in place by 2 small velcro patches and it was all out of place the next morning as my daughter is a pretty restless sleeper.
All in all this is a great product - its very compact for a travel cot, easy to assemble, well made and my kids loved it. I think the price is ok in comparison to what else is on the market and due to the fact it is so versatile.
