About our Product reviewsOur review pages are full of fast moving, un-edited reviews from parents who give a realistic and accurate picture of how a product performs so that you can see if it's right for you and your baby before you part with your cash. Add a review, day or night (we know you don't sleep) on any product of your choice. Once you've added your review, it will appear instantly live on the site so other parents can read about your experiences.

tests Our AwardsWhat does it take to impress us?! Well, there are 3 ways a product can win an award:
There are certain products that parents consider so hot they simply can't get enough of them. It's these products that receive constant rave reviews over time that receive a much-coveted 'Mums love' award. 
Best buy and Best value Awards We ask at least 5 mums from our Parent Panel to test all of the items in our Big tests - they use the products in their own homes for a significant period of time and then we ask them to rate them, out of 10. The product that has the highest overall score wins the 'Best buy' the product that scores highest for Value for money wins the 'Best value'award. You can also affect the overall score by adding your own review, each time a review is added the score adjusts up or down accordingly. When you see one of these logos on a review page, you know that it has been tried and tested by a group of parents who rate it very highly. 
What is the parent panel?Our Parent Panel are mums and dads like you who have simply signed up here to test products (you will need to log in first or register as a bw member) We select testers for 2 reasons: that they fit the criteria for one of our Big monthly tests (and we choose you based on the information you provide) or you are just right for one of the many other product tests that we are continually doing. Every day companies approach us with new products and we select the ones we think you would be most interested in to be tested by a Parent Panel member. We love groups! We are particularly looking for groups of mums (preferably six) who live near each other who would be ideally suited to be part of a big test (click here to meet the six Southsea mumns who did our baby monitors test in May 07). Why opinions mean prizes!Add your opinion on any product and it could well be picked by our Consumer editor as the Product Review of the Month.
