1. First, soak the apricots in warm water until softened. 2. Place the apricots in a food processor and process until finely chopped. 3. Add the vanilla and cream cheese to the processor and blend until smooth. 4. Place the wheat germ into a small bowl and drop the cream cheese mixture on to it, a teaspoon at a time. 5.
