Brown rice purée

Pureed rice is great for babies as you can add pureed vegetables to
it or fruit to make a sweet or savoury meal.
Ingredients
100g brown rice
600ml water
Rinse the rice well in cold water.
Place in a saucepan with 600ml water and bring to the boil, then
reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Drain the rice, reserving the liquid, puree adding extra liquid to
obtain the required consistency.
