Good, this is a sign that the body is getting geared up for labour. However, it might
be days or even a week or so before labour actually begins, so don't rush into hospital.

A show is when the mucus which plugs the cervix comes away and drops down and out of
the vagina. It is thick and jelly-like and may be tinged with pinkish blood. You may be
aware of it dropping out of the vagina, or plopping into the loo, or it may come away
without you knowing. It doesn't matter if you don't notice it.

Don't worry, this is quite normal. For many women it doesn't happen
until labour is in full swing.
