Getting your baby to sleep

There’s nothing quite so wonderful as the sight of your baby peacefully sleeping. Sometimes, however, getting your baby to sleep, and helping him sleep through the night, become major problems which can have a far-reaching effect on your family life.

If your baby is difficult to settle at bedtime and then wakes regularly through the night, there are things you can do to solve these problems and teach him to establish a better sleeping pattern.
