Physical activity classes
Once your baby has started to crawl or walk you may think about taking her to a local physical activity class or 'baby gym' where she will be encouraged to explore new physical experiences in a more structured environment.
A well run class can prove a hit with both agile and poorly co-ordinated toddlers - the more agile members can try out new physical feats in a safe, controlled environment, while the less co-ordinated toddler will increase in confidence as she is shown how to tackle new physical feats.
