Remedies for babies and children:
For babies, tablets should be crushed between two clean teaspoons and dissolved in 2fl oz
of warm water, giving a teaspoon full as a dose. For young children, the tablets should be
given crushed. Chamomilla is available in drop form.
Colds:
Very common in childhood and are necessary to help to build up the immune system.
Remedies every two hours for up to 10 doses.

Thick yellow catarrh, rattly
breathing, wants to stay indoors. Child irritable. Throat pain on swallowing. Very chilly. |
| Bryonia |
Stuffed up nose and dry lips.
Constipated. Wants to be left alone. Very thirsty. |
| Nux |
Streaming nose, frequent
sneezing, constipation, irritability. Worse around 4am. |
| Euphrasia |
Red watery eyes, streaming nose. |
Remedies should be discontinued as soon as symptoms improve
or if symptoms worsen.
