Changing your baby’s nappy

Like most new mums, you will be all fingers and thumbs when you change your baby’s first few nappies, but don’t worry - with around six to eight nappy changes a day you will soon become an expert! Of course nappy changing is a chore, but it’s also a time to talk and interact with your baby, and it gives him the opportunity to enjoy kicking and playing without a nappy on.
