Even if you knew the exact second you ovulated, this would not help you to get pregnant. As long as you make love around the middle of your cycle, that will be enough. Your husband's sperm will not be any more motile or fertile for having been ‘rested’ over your less fertile time, so there is really no reason to avoid intercourse at any time.
