Several of our users have expressed interest in breastfeeding, either because they are having difficulty with breastfeeding themselves, or because a friend is experiencing difficulty, or just because they want to find out more about how it is done and why it is recommended.

To help explain breastfeeding and to actually demonstrate how it is done (which most first time pregnant mums have never seen), we felt it was worthwhile producing a video.

We have taken professional advice from breastfeeding experts, including our online medical editor, and we hope that you find it a useful aid.
