My baby picture shows as a fault

• If your picture is still showing as an error

If you have uploaded your baby picture but it's showing as an error image in the kids gallery section, this is probably because:

• The image you've uploaded is not a .jpg file
• The image is too big (it must not be more than 300 pixels wide - about three inches)
• You altered the image name when uploadding it
• Your image name must not contain any of the following characters: 
  /\?"$£%^&*() +><=';:,|\/, spaces or double quotes

For images to correctly upload, follow this procedure:

1. Save your picture as a .jpg (jpeg) file
2. Ensure the photo is a maximum of 300 pixels wide
3. Uploaded the image using the same filename as is on your personal computer
4. Have a simple name, ie Janebabypic.jpg (you must name it on your computer first, then upload it)

NOTE: Please allow a day for your newly uploaded picture to be displayed in the gallery.

1. How you are uploading your picture
2. Your babyworld user name 
3. Attach a copy of the same picture to your email
