Loving your child doesn't just mean kisses and cuddles but taking
care of his health and giving him time, for instance! So, take heart this
Valentine's there are so many ways you can show your love for your little
one, here are 10 to start with!

Cut your childs health risks by staying away from drugs, alcohol
and tobacco.

Set time aside to read to your child and help his or her brain develop.

Talk to your health visitor to ensure your childs immunisations
are up to date.

Baby-proof your home make sure medicines are locked away and
that cleaning supplies and small objects are out of reach.

Make sure your child is safe when travelling check car seats
are installed properly and older children are buckling up in the back.

Stay a little longer at your childs nursery or childminder
to make sure both your child and the care-giver are happy.
