- The tap water is quite safe to use in Formula milk (boiled first obviously). Pre-prepared Nan Formula milk milk are available, though harder to find
- Nappies, wipes and Formula milk can be found at pharmacies and supermarkets, babyfood tends to only be available at supermarkets

- Babyfood is expensive here so instead most parents mash the local fruits, including bananas, paw-paws and sweet potatoes. Take extra funds to buy baby products out there, or decide to take an extra suitcase!
