Niraj Kapur - Biography
In 1998, Niraj’s tenacity got a development deal with Vera (producers of Rory Bremnar and Alastair McGowan) rewriting his romantic comedy movie Love Connection and two sitcoms that were never made. In December, Niraj’s new sitcom, One More Try, was commissioned by Radio 4. Niraj has spent the last few months working freelance for Urbia.com, Amazon and The Motley Fool. He is married to Shweta and has a daughter, Shreya, born in August 2000.

Niraj had a tough
upbringing as a westernized Indian man in Belfast. At the age of 18,
after suffering from a year of bad health, Niraj moved to London and
spent several years as a struggling writer, while doing meaningless
day jobs to pay the bills.
