Tips on message posting

Please note that if you take longer than 20 minutes to compose your message (and so are not moving between pages on the site), the server takes this as meaning that you've finished your visit, and may log you off. 

If this happens, you may lose your message when you try to submit it.  So, if you've spent 20 minutes or more composing your message, it's a good idea to save it before you submit it.  That way, if you have been timed out,  you'll have a copy of your message on your clipboard that you can paste in when you log back on.

Alternatively, if you have a long message to write, you could compose it off-line in your word processing program, then paste it in on-line.
