You will have an expert midwife, Amber, and experienced antenatal teacher, Grania, to advise you throughout your pregnancy, access to high quality antenatal classes, and the choice of joining an antenatal club for you to make friends with mums-to-be who are due in the same moth as you.

The antenatal classes are structured in a way that allows you to receive the welcome class when you first join and a class a week from when you are about 24 weeks pregnant at a time and place convenient for you. This will provide you with expert information, leading you through topics about pregnancy, diet, exercise, pain relief, labour and giving birth and the early days with your new baby.

Although the classes start at 24 weeks, you can join before this if you wish to benefit from the early pregnancy information in the welcome class and Amber and Grania's advice and support sooner. So for example, if you have a question or concern at 8 weeks about your booking in appointment, they will be there to help you. You will also be able to refer back to any classes you might have missed, so if you want to join after you are 24 weeks pregnant, or you miss a class because you are away, this isn't a problem . Amber and Grania will also continue to provide advice and support for up to 6 weeks postnatal. Whatever your question or concern, our experts will be on hand to help you.
