"I am 25 years old and live in Warrington, Cheshire. My husband Chris and I have
been together for nine years and married for six, we have a beautiful daughter, Courtney,
who is nearly three years old.
"All I ever really wanted was to be a mum – of course I had other dreams and
ambitions but none as strong as the desire to have a family, I was very broody from the
age of 17 and managed to control myself until I was 22. I was very lucky and I fell
pregnant with Courtney within six weeks of coming off the pill. When I felt that the time
was right to have baby number two it came as a huge shock that it didn't happen straight
away (we started trying in June 1999).
"Trying for a baby can be very stressful, many couples keep the fact that
they are trying to themselves, and this can lead to having no one to talk
to when you need advice or a shoulder to cry on. This forum will help you if you
have only just started trying or have been trying for many years, it is a
valuable source of information and support.
"On Wednesdays 9-9.30pm
the chat room is devoted to the subject of 'trying for a baby' and on Sundays 9-10 pm
the chat room is devoted to the subject of 'infertility'. It is an
excellent opportunity to talk 'live' with people, get answers quick and
support and advice when you need it most. Please don't be afraid if you
have never been in a chat room before -
