Hi

I'm Louise, married to Chris since 1997 and we have three lovely children, Rowan (March 1998), Toby (Sept. 2001) and Mia (May 2003). We live in South Wales.

I was honoured to be ask to moderate the Working From Home Discussion Forum. I have worked from home for a number of years. As well as moderating here on Babyworld I have worked for various websites doing graphics manipulation and some website design. Since moving to South Wales in May 2002, I fell into my own small business (making fleece & fur cosytoes) which is doing well and which I love.

I love working from home because I can work around the children, I don't have to pay childcare, or travel expenses and I can be there for my children when they need me. Of course this means working silly hours, I am usually up past midnight but it is all worth it (most of the time!).

I hope I can offer support and advice, or just a listening ear for anyone else working from home, whatever that may be.
